Early Morning

It is early morning today is last day of week Friday!! you all know how it feels for young's it is pub time and for middle like us it is family time with wife/daughter shopping , playing with kids . This week has been tough emotionally with highs due to discussions with Managers and Lows as one of my team mate is leaving. It was amazing 18 months with her and sudden departure has made in void which will take sometime to get filled. It has touched upon that corner of heart which pains when we get hurt emotionally. The emotions are deep and trying to make ways through eyes. I know the transition is tough and i have to be more controlled and i am trying hard.

Being last day today i had plan as professionally i need to get few information and task done on last day also and personally i have to plan for her farewell . I know it is time to say goodbye and move on.

Life is life a mess..when it is not managed properly. We need to set the priority and then work on acheving those objectives. Focus should be there and confidence to acheive those should be there. Well lots said about managing but the main thing is consistency in working towards your goal. As vivekananda rightly said Arise, Awaken and dont stop till you acheive your goal.
